Our priority is to ensure that each child feels safe, secure and supported;<\/li>\n<li>acknowledging the child\u2019s right to play and implementing play based learning experiences;<\/li>\n<li>demonstrating flexibility in the day and providing long periods of uninterrupted play, both indoor and outdoor;<\/li>\n<li>being deliberate, purposeful and thoughtful in decisions and actions for children;<\/li>\n<li>developing a curriculum which integrates learning areas to support all aspects of a child&#8217;s development;<\/li>\n<li>listening to children and implementing responsive programs that are flexible, and which build on children&#8217;s strengths, needs and interests;<\/li>\n<li>providing rich and meaningful learning experiences that cater for different learning styles and areas of intelligence;<\/li>\n<li>co-creating and collaborating with the child.
