This position is the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage front desk operations, including reception, phone, and email correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Support school leadership and staff with daily administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain student and staff records with confidentiality and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with families.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with enrolment enquiries and general office management duties.<\/li>\n<li>Be the primary point of contact for student health needs.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise front office workflow and ensure a welcoming environment for all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming manner.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (experience with School Stream or Sentral desirable).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, people-focused environment.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Have a current first aid\/CPR certificate, or a willingness to obtain<\/li>\n<li>Monday \u2013 Friday 8.00am \u2013 3.45pm <strong>term time only<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in this position please email<\/p>\n<p>The Business Manager<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:accounts@highfields.nsw.edu.au\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>accounts@highfields.nsw.edu.au<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"entry\">There are currently no further employment opportunities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employment On this page you will find details of employment opportunities currently open at Highfields.
